How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 10-14 days in advance to secure your date. For holidays and special occasions we recommend booking ASAP.
Can I choose my colors or theme?
Absolutely! All setups are customized to your colors, theme and vision. Let us know your preferences and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does set up take?
Setup typically takes 1.5-3 hours based on what package your purchase. We will confirm the time window before your scheduled date.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. Please let us know 72 hours in advance to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are non refundable.
How will we meet up to gain access to room for set up?
We can meet in the lobby of your hotel to pass over the room key to us OR you can add our name at the front desk to your room and we can retrieve the key from there.
Can I add extra items to my set up?
Of course! We offer add-ons like extra balloons, flowers, photos, fairy lights, rose petals and more. Just let us know what you'd like and we can give you a quote.
